Maintenance Warning
I’ve decided to try and fix the technical hitches that are plaguing xyrael.net at the moment by recreating everything (I’m taking a backup). Therefore, things will dissapear for a little while during the proceedings. Sorry about this.
I HATE WAILMER (Post Number 100 as Well!)
These stupid things keep getting snared on my Super Rod out in Lilycove Bay. I finally worked out to fish, and found that it is totally different from the older versions. I will have my Staryu eventually!
Also, my posts are seriously delayed in appearing – due to a system malfunction. I’ll try and get it fixed – eventually.
Trip to Stockport

I went to stay at Liam’s house near Stockport this weekend. We had a really good time, and I finally learnt why I can’t get that male Pikachu. It’s because I’m on emerald – I only get female. He only gets male – so we’re going to attempt to breed them and have lots of widdle Pichus waddling about the place! They are really sweet, as the picture demonstrates. I really want one in real life! I could snuggle up to little Pichu whenever I felt sad… I’d never want him to evolve into Pikachu, although I think they are both good. I don’t particularly like Raichu though. I don’t like his colour scheme. Evolved Pokémon are rarely as nice.
We played on D&D Heroes like mad. It’s good, but doesn’t follow the game’s rules as closely as I would have liked. I also fixed him computer by going to Modify Install rather than Uninstall for this program that was causing all his games to partially, if not fully, crash. This was seriously annoying me – so he gave me a pound. He’s been three months without computer games, like Neverwinter Nights (another DnD one), so he’s extra happy now and was dancing round the house with elation. The rest of the family wern’t so excited, although they were glad it’d been fixed. He’s mad.
We also made a new End of the Internet page. It’s not been uploaded because I didn’t attach it to the e-mail I sent to myself, but it does exist and will soon be ready. The header image is available for preview here:
Horde Task List

This is my swanky new task list! Do you like it?
Tech Bit:
Horde is such a wonderful application, and it’s all open-source. I like the portal view and the various organisational features. cPanel even allows me to tap into any sub mail accounts on my ~sean account. This is very useful. Unfortunately though, there are limitations, and I would like my own install but then I can’t use this feature – so what am I to do?
Non-Tech Bit:
The idea of this list is mainly to remind me of what needs doing. It is also nice to tick them off by clicking in the box. The page then auto updates and removes the task (although it does remain for archival purposes). As you can see, not all of them have due dates. I don’t think this is a problem because I will still eventually get them done.
Do you like this new post organisation style? Comments please.
