Coolio New Computer & New Blog
Mega w00tcore! This evening has been so much fun! This new computer we bought from eBuyer is so amazing, here are the spec: http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=95743
Now partitioning has begun and Linux has been installing steadily for a few hours; I selected the maximum number of packages xD. We also have a new PCMCIA card for the laptop and several ethernet cables to try and expand the SFNet home network that I have running, but have found that there is still too much interference, possible from a suspicious network running on the street called “oliver road”. Hmm.
I’ve also started a SilentFlame company blog at http://blog.silentflame.com/, where this blog used to be located. This is because I want to be able to look back on the progress of SilentFlame as it goes on and this is the ideal way to do this.
Sorry for the lack of posting lately =(
New computer – YAY !!!
The rest of your post – ?????
/from the computer know-nothing
I’m sorry about the dodgy blog layout because of annoying Internet Explorer. Apologies.
Will post more when fixed! Thanks.
It’s not the layout that’s ????? – it’s my own lack of knowledge about computer programming and other related stuff (like what the heck is partitioning, and what is a PCMCIA card?).
Though I must admit the grey background is not very pleasant – reminds me of a gloomy rainy day….
Partitioning is the splitting up of a HDD into seperate operating systems, and PCMCIA cards are the things that slot into the side of laptops.
The layout isn’t supposed to be like that; it’s broken.
